PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber-laminated metallic sheet which can secure sealing performance for using as a gasket, etc., by providing a laminated rubber layer on one side or both sides of a metallic sheet, which is blanked in a specified shape, and can be vulcanized by partially changing thickness of the laminated rubber layer. SOLUTION: A ring shaped rubber-laminated metallic sheet is constructed by forming an adhesive layer formed of an adhesive having a main component of a novolak type phenol resin and a resol type phenol resin on a perforated metallic sheet treated through complex chromate treatment. And after that, a peroxide crosslinking hydrogenated nitrile rubber layer, which contains at least one of natural silica or synthetic hydrous silica as a filler, is formed in a ring shape. |
