PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treating method of a fermentation waste liquid by which a processed material containing a lime content can be obtd. in a rather short time by decreasing the add amt. of lime. SOLUTION: In the treating method of the fermentation waste liquid, lime and the like is added to the fermentation waste liquid which is the residue after alcohol fermentation so as to process the liquid into an org. fertilizer and the like. In this method, lime is added by 3 to 6 wt.% to the fermentation waste liquid. The fermentation waste liquid added with lime is subjected to shearing and stirring treatment, and the treated material is dried to obtain a processed material of the fermentation waste liquid added with a small amt. of lime compared to the add amt. of lime generally used, and the fermentation waste liquid is dried to obtain a desired water content, preferably 70 to 80% water content, and then a desired amt. of lime, preferably 3 to 6 wt.%, considering the water content of the fermentation waste liquid, is added. The fermentation waste liquid added with lime is subjected to shearing and stirring treatment. |
