PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film reduced in the lowering of transparency with the elapse of time, having dust-proofing properties, toughness and flexibility and excellent in developing workability. SOLUTION: An agricultural multilayered film is formed by laminating a surface layer (a) and a rear layer (b) or the surface layer (a), an intermediate layer (c) and the rear layer (b) and characterized by that the layer (a) is composed of an ethylene/α-olefin copolymer with a density of 0.880-0.940 g/cm<3> and an MFR of 0.01-10 g/10 min obtained by copolymerizing ethylene andα- olefin or a mixture (AB) consisting of the component A and a specific amt. of high pressure low density polyethylene (B-1) or an ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer (B-2) and the MFR of the component (B-1) is 0.01-100 g/10 min and the density thereof is 0.915-0.935 g/cm<3> while the MFR of the component (B-2) is 0.1-500 g/10 min and the density thereof is 0.915-0.980 g/cm<3> and the component (A) or (AB) has an Mw/Mn ratio of 1.5-3.5 and satisfies specific relation between n-decane soluble quantity at 23 deg.C and density and the average values B1 , B2 of the numbers of the branches on high and low mol.wt. sides by GPC-IR are B1 >=B2 and the layer (b) or the layers (b), (c) are composed of an ethylene/ vinyl acetate copolymer (c) with a vinyl acetate content of 2.0-35 wt.%.
