PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the quantity of relative particles in a median particle size and allow the micro-capsules to have a narrow particle size distribution by emulsifying a mixed liquid for emulsion using a high speed jet type emulsification device having agitation functions by shear force, cavitation, pressure change, collision force, and a potential core. SOLUTION: A diazonium salt, a urethane partition material of micro- capsules, capsule oil, and others are used. They are mixed to obtain a mixed solution, from which a mixed liquid for emulsion is prepared. The mixed liquid is emulsified with the use of a high speed jet type emulsification device to obtain a micro-capsule dispersion. The agitation unit of the device consists of a rotary blade (rotor) 14 and a fixed ring (screen) 18 having a slit 20 formed around the blade 14. Therefore, the emulsification device demonstrates agitation functions by shear force, cavitation, pressure change, collision force, and a potential core to the mixed liquid. |
