PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display the contents of an abnormality in the midway of a fusion welding and to judge whether the continuation of the fusion welding is possible or not after the re-making of power supply. SOLUTION: This device is equipped with a fusion-welded state detecting part 17, a clock part 16 for measuring the present time even under the condition that a power supply is turned off and a memory part 19, which can hold data even under the condition that the power supply is turned off. A CPU 13 memorizes data indicating the state under energizing and energizing starting time data measured by the clock part 16 in the confirming area 19d of the state under energizing and the storage area 19e of energizing starting time, down-counts a down-count metering work area 19c during energizing, memorize the detection results of a fusion-welded state detecting part 17 in a detection result storage area 19f so as to display the time data allowing to start an action measured by the clock part 16 together with the respective data at the time when B power supply is shut off stored in the memory part 19 under the condition that the power supply is shut off in the midway of the fusion welding after the start of energizing and next the running of a device becomes possible by starting the power supply. |
