MANUFACTURE OF LIGHT-WEIGHT CONCRETE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing light-weight concrete to be used with adequate softness without necessity of waiting until it becomes adequately soft and without necessity of discarding. SOLUTION: Water reducing agent having satisfactory dispersing performance is added at the time of kneading initial overall concrete material by using overall or partly dried light-weight aggregate. And, after kneading the concrete thereafter, at least one type of admixture selected from water reducing agent having different component from that of the previous agent and fluidizing agent is post-added, and again kneaded.
