PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device which can prevent a recording sheet from being charged and from being inferiorly stacked if the recording sheets are stacked on a refeed sheet stacking means in order to carry out doubled sided copy or multiple copy onto a recording sheet. SOLUTION: In an image forming device comprising a refeed sheet stacking means 123 for temporarily stacking recording sheets for double-sided copying or multiple copying onto one surface and a conveying roller 130 for aligning the stacked recording sheets with the recording sheet stacking means 123, during stacking, and discharging recording sheets from the refeed sheet supply device, a discharging means 135 is provided in the vicinity of a conveying roller 130 so as to discharge the recording sheet by means of the discharging means 135 when the sheets are loaded or discharged to and from the refeed sheet stacking means 123. |
