PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a high-elasticity high-durability foam having suitably low resiliency and suitably high hysteresis loss by using, as a polyol component, a specified polyoxyalkylene polyol having a specified average functionality and a specified OH value, and a polyol having a specified average functionality and a specified OH value in a specified ratio. SOLUTION: There is used a polyol component comprising 70-95 pts.wt. polyol, containing at least 45 wt.% polyoxyalkylene polyol obtained by addition- polymerizing ant alkylene oxide (e.g. ethylene oxide) with an active hydrogen compound (e.g. glycerol) in the presence of a cesium hydroxide catalyst and having an average functionality of 2.5-8 and an OH value of 10-35 mgKOH/g, having an average functionality of 2.5-8 and an OH value of 10-40 mgKOH/g and desirably having a total content of at least trifunctional polyols of 75 mol.% or above, and 5-30 pts.wt. polyol having an average functionality of 2-5, desirably 2-4, and an OH value of 90-300 mgKOH/g, desirably 110-280 mgKOH/g. |
