Date Nov. 24, 1994A film to be laminated on a metal, which is formed of a polycarbonate resin having a high concentration of terminal hydroxyl groups or a composition comprising said resin and a polyester resin or a film to be laminated on a metal, which is formed by laminating the above film and a polyester film. The film is excellent in adhesion to a metal plate, moldability, heat resistance, retort resistance, odor retention property, impact resistance dent resistance and processability into a can, such as drawing fabrication, ironing fabrication or the like for producing metal cans.
