PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dissolve problems or the like in which control previously predicting raise of temperature is impossible and occurrence of bound phenomenon is not avoidable and possibility causing high-temperature and low-temperature hindrance is high. SOLUTION: This method for winding or rewinding vinyl film comprises detecting temperature in a house 1 by utilizing a sensor 6 of the house 1 and stopping winding and rewinding action by judging whether the detected value is within the region of set temperature or not. The method comprises a winding operation for immediately winding a vinyl film provided in a state overlapped in a closing part until starting end of an opening part and making opening part openable toward the end of the opening part when it is judged that the detected value is close to the upper limit of set temperature and release of opening part is possible, and immediate rewinding operation for rewinding vinyl film which is positioned in opening part, bringing the vinyl film to starting end of opening part and enabling rewinding of the vinyl film toward the closing part when it is judged that the detected value is close to the lower limit of set temperature and closing of opening part is possible. |
