PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the removal of inside air and prevent completely the entry of dust, water, etc., by forming on a fusion prevention sheet and across an impulse heater line a plurality of bandlike parts for the formation of unsealed parts which make a thickness difference on the surface of it. SOLUTION: When rice 3 is filled into a rice bag 2, as a packaging bag, from an upper opening 4, a distance between the right and left of the opening 4 is narrowed by a clip means and, at the same time, the part 5 of the opening 4 which is to be sealed is held between the heater base 6 and receiving rubber 7 of an impulse heat seal device 1 from right and left. On the heater base 6 an impulse heater line 8 is disposed over its entire length, and also a stick- prevention sheet (Teflon sheet) 9 is combined with it on the front face of the heater base 6 so as to cover the entire length of the heater line 8, therefore the part to be sealed is prevented from fusing. On the surface of the sheet 9, bandlike parts 12 are obliquely formed at an inclination angle α of 30 deg. in reciprocal directions and make it easy to remove inside air. |
