PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly put a cargo in/out of a car provided with a partition by providing an operation part which is installed in an operable manner in the vicinity of a cargo entrance/exit provided on a plurality of floors and turns a drive device at a low speed according to its operation. SOLUTION: An operation part 9 is provided on an upper part of a door 7a in the vicinity of a cargo entrance/exit 7, and address floor registry buttons 9a, 9b, an emergency stop button 9c, and floor alignment buttons 9d, 9e are provided. An intercom is also provided for the conversation with a person on the other floor. When a user pushes in a floor alignment button 9d, the DC power supply is given to an elevation contactor to close a constantly opening/closing contact, a three-phase induction motor for drive is driven in the elevating direction, and a car is elevated at the prescribed low traveling speed. When the user detaches his finger from the floor alignment elevation button 9d, the DC power supply to the elevation contactor is shut off, and a constantly open contact is opened, and the power supply to the three-phase induction motor is shut off, and the car is stopped at the position. An upper surface of a partition on the upper stage in the car is signed with the floor surface of the cargo entrance/exit to facilitate the access. |
