<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate control of ink discharging amount and speed by operating an attraction force or repulsion force between a coil and a magnet, hence deforming a diaphragm to apply pressure to the chamber, and externally discharging ink via a nozzle. SOLUTION: When a printer signal is applied to a coil 122, the coil 122 is deformed upward together with a diaphragm 120 in an arch state by a repulsion force generated between a fixed permanent magnet 110 and the coil 122. Pressure is operated in ink 144 in an ink chamber 142 by deformation of the diaphragm 120, and hence ink droplet (bubble) is discharged through a nozzle 132. A deforming amount of the diaphragm 120 at this time is altered according to an amplitude of an electric signal to be applied to the coil 122. Accordingly, ink amount and discharging velocity to be discharged can be easily controlled by regulating an electric signal to be applied to the coil 122.</p> |
