摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve forming accuracy by a method wherein a mold parting layer, containing inorganic coating material and polyimide resin, is formed on the surface of a heat resistant substrate to be a die and a polyimide precursor solution is applied on the surface of the layer to generate the conversion of imide by heating the solution and form the tubular body made of polyimide resin, then, the tubular body is released from the die. SOLUTION: A mold parting layer, containing an inorganic coating material and a polyimide resin, is formed on the surface of a heat resistant substrate to be a die, then, polyimide precursor solution is applied uniformly on the surface of the mold parting layer to generate the conversion of imide by heating the solution and form a tubular body. Next, the tubular body is released from the substrate with the mold parting layer to obtain the tubular body 11. As a result, the mold parting layer, in which the adhesive property to the polyimide precursor solution and the releasing property with respect to the tubular body 11 are controlled optimally, is formed whereby the tubular body 11, high in forming accuracy, can be obtained simply. The inorganic coating material is preferable to be SiO2 especially from the view point of mold releasing property of the tubular body.
