METHOD FOR FLOCKING REMOVING STRIP PROFILED BY FLOCKING AND REMOVING STRIP BY FLOCKING WITH THIS METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shape subjected to flocking to be combined without joints without consuming flocks for the shape. SOLUTION: This method is applicable to the shape of the kinds having the surface subjected to flocking. The supporting strip 1 which adapts itself to the base of a flocking chamber 3 and occupies the entire part of the width thereof is subjected to flocking in a first step. The produced one strip 1 is then cut longitudinally to a desired width and discrete rolls of the desired width are generated. Finally, the strip 1 adapts itself to the surface of the shape to be covered with the flocks in the outlet of the shape from a profiling die and the base part supporting the flocks is melted by the residual waste heat of the shape right after the emergence from the profiling die. The melting of the base part of the strip is then induced and the incorporation thereof in tight contact with the shape is made possible.
