PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transparent heat sensitive recording material, in which no white striae develops though being transparent, no sticking develops and small tailings adhere. SOLUTION: In a heat sensitive recording material, which is produced by providing a heat sensitive recording layer mainly made of a colorless or light- colored leuco dye, a developer for thermally coloring the leuco dye and a binder resin as a binder, and a protective layer containing a filler and a resin provided on the leuco dye on a transparent support, the protective layer includes spherical particles made of melamine-formaldehyde condensation product represented by the formula as a filler. |
