PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject processed food easy to eat and capable of being cooked so as to have a favorite taste, by removing jam-plates from an organ of the oral region of a cuttlefish and spitting it. SOLUTION: This processed food is prepared by separating a head part having an organ of the oral region from the trunk of a cuttlefish, cutting open the head part to pull out the organ, washing, hydro-extracting, hulling outer covers right and left, wrenching open exposed jam-plates with a tool, and removing them to turn the organ into a food material 11 consisting of a gobbet of meat, and then spitting the materials 11, 11... with a cooking spit 12, followed by quick freezing and then by vacuum packaging with a packing material by the preferred numbers of the spit skewering food materials 11, 11.... Cook by heating after thawing, seasoning are conducted prior to eating. |
