<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the production of products by applying an aq. adhesive over the entire surface of both front and rear surfaces of a base fabric consisting of a woven fabric, tightly adhering sheets made of soft synthetic resin on both surfaces through to heat these sheets and the fabric to integrate the same, thereby forming the both side laminated fabric, then thermally fusing the outer circumferential end edge. SOLUTION: The both side laminated fabric 1 is formed by respectively superposing and tightly adhering the sheets 2 made of the soft synthetic resins to both surfaces of the base fabric 3 consisting of the woven fabric coated with the aq. adhesive over the entire surfaces on both sides, passing the base fabric through a pair of pressurizing rollers 5 and subjecting the fabric to pressurization under heating. When housing implement, such as bags, are produced, plural sheets of fabrics 7 for constitution of the housing implements are formed by cutting and molding from the both side laminated fabric 1 and the entire circumferential surfaces in the end edge direction of the respective fabric 7 for constitution are bent in an inner side direction at about 0.7 cm in width, by which bent parts 8 are formed. The bent parts 8 of the fabrics 7 to be connected for constitution are superposed on each other and the superposed bent parts 8 are integrally thermally fused by high-frequency heating. Similarly plural sheets of the fabrics 7 for constitution are adhered, by which the housing implement is completed.</p> |
