A down-hole production pump and circulation tool (1, Fig. 1), on a production string end (Fig. 3), including combined traveling valve assembly bottom connector (10) and fishing tool section (20, Fig. 2) engaging gripping pins (51) for twisting the tool and associated with traveling ball valve (11/12); sleeve (30); peripherally spaced, "J" slots (43) in outer member (40) in which guide pins (52) move changing tool's state with longitudinal rotation; biasing spring (81); standing valve assembly (50) which carries top projector for unseating traveling ball valve and to which pins are attached and which encloses standing valve ball (50A) and carries its seat (50B); combined bushing (60) and top spring seat (70); spring housing (80); and standing valve projector (90) which unseats standing ball from its valve seat when assembly (50) is lowered against the spring force, changing from pumping disposition (Figs. 10B-D) to injection "valve-locked-open" disposition (Fig. 10E). Atomizer (270), standing valve injector (320), and/or a projector channel (93) is/are utilized for injecting diluents. |
