It consists in installing in the vehicle a control device 1 which basically interrupts the electrical supply to the starter motor 11 from the ignition 10, for which purpose the device 1 has a series of complementary and open contacts which have to be closed with the assistance of a cartridge which can be introduced via an aperture 2 which exists in the control device 1 and is in turn removable by means of a pusher 3, the aforesaid cartridge bearing a pair of electromagnetic and complementary cards, one corresponding to the type of driving licence and the other corresponding to the type of insurance, which are provided with respective printed circuits ending in complementary terminals of the device 1 so that starting- up of the vehicle is possible only with the incorporation into the system of the aforesaid electromagnetic cards. <IMAGE> |
