FIELD: mineral dressing. SUBSTANCE: invention aims at enhancing efficiency of process owing to enhanced flotation activity and selectivity of collector. To that aim, slurry is treated with modifier, conditioned with sulfhydryl collector (butyl xanthogenate), and completed with foam agent to separate zinc minerals and useful product. In conditioning stage, additionally used is sulfur-nitrogen petroleum concentrate with gross formula CHSNand molecular weight 260-305, its ratio to butyl xanthogenate ranging from 1:1 to 2:1. Concentrate mainly contains thiophene-type sulfur compounds (68-70%) and pyridine derivatives as nitrogen compounds. Addition of above-indicated concentrate to slurry raises potential of quartz sludges, which increases degree of their dispersing and reduces their adverse effect on flotation process. As a result, isolation of zinc into concentrate is increased by 3.3-7.9% and its quality is improved by 1.1-5.1%. EFFECT: enhanced process efficiency. 2 ex |
