PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a one-component developing device and an image forming device capable of forming a uniform toner thin layer. SOLUTION: A control auxiliary roller 7 brought into contact with both a developing roller 3 and a thin layer blade 5 and rotating is provided on an upstream side in the rotating direction of the roller 3 on a part where the roller 3 and the blade 5 are opposed each other. Thus, a toner layer can be previously and uniformly formed on the roller 3 before the control of the blade 5, and also the toner having layer thickness irregularity and unelectrified toner are prevented from entering the part where the roller 3 and the blade 5 are opposed each other. The toner on an area interposed by the blade 5 and the roller 7 on the roller 3 is scraped to the outside of the area by the rotation of the roller 7, so that the abutting pressure of the blade 5 is prevented from being disturbed by the toner retaining on the area. |
