On the other hand, an ID card 6 is provided with a data reading device 7 and a radio signal transmitting and receiving device 8. At the time of inputting data, data 9 read from the ID card 6, data 10 inputted from the key 5, and data 11 preliminarily stored in the data reading device 2 are compared so that the operation of the portable telephone can be controlled. |
