<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent reduction of transmission efficiency with a comparatively simple system by adding voice data of a low level to data in a memory and synchronizing a transmitting side with a receiving side when a voice level is lower than a fixed value. SOLUTION: When a clock frequency of a transmitting side is high, voice signals inputted to a FIFO memory 2 are made more than voice signals outputted, and voice signals are accumulated. Therefore, one part of a clock is fast operated and data of the FIFO memory 2 is outputted, signals in a part in which a clock speed is made fast are thrown away. Inversely, When a clock frequency of a transmitting side is low, voice signals outputted from the FIFO memory 2 are made more than voice signals inputted and stored voice signals are made less. Therefore, one part of a clock is made long and data output of the FIFO memory 2 is delayed and signals of this part are outputted adding the same signal. In any case when a voice level is lower than a threshold value, it is performed.</p> |
