PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a local concentration of tension generated when a plate group is constituted, and to prevent a cut of a plate and a separator by arranging a taper in the four corners of a rectangular plate-like core, or using a strength-increased core, or covering the side vertical to the rolling-in direction with a tape or resin. SOLUTION: A taper 7 is arranged in the four corners of a rectangular plate-like core 1a. The core 1a warps, but a tension does not concentrate at the end of a plate or a separator, but at the inside. Sharpness of the core 1a of this part is controlled by a value θshowing a taper degree, and a cut of the plate and the separator can be eliminated. Or reinforcing work parts 8, 9, 10 and 11 partially projecting are arranged in the core 1a to prevent warping of the core 1a itself. Or an end part 12 protected by a tape and a resin is arranged in the core 1a. Or a notch 13 is arranged in a taper part of the core 1a, or roundness 14 is imparted to the taper part of the side vertical to the rolling-in direction of the core 1a. |
