PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a backup processing for a data file efficiently in a short time by providing an archive file generation part and a backup processing part which stores the archive file generated by the archive file generation part in a 2nd storage means. SOLUTION: A selection part 101 of a CPU 10 selects data files which meet specific requirements out of data files stored in a 1st storage means 20. Then the selected data files are classified by, for example, the file names generate a database. Thus, the selection part 101 can select all of the object data files to be processed and the selected data files can be all archived in an archive file by an archive file generation part 102 and stored in the 2nd storage part 30, thus the processing time at the time of backup processing by a backup processing part 103 can be shortened.
