PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the data transfer time to plural clients from a server and to reduce the burden on the server by making the client whose reception of data sequentially transmitted from the server completes transmit data sequentially received to the client whose data reception is not completed. SOLUTION: The server has a data distribution part transmitting data to the plural clients and a client monitor part selecting the client who does not receive data yet. Then, it has a data transfer part instructing data transmission to the client who does not receive data yet to the client terminating data reception and a transmission completion recognition part receiving a transmission completion notice. The client terminating data supply from the server receives a data supply start instruction to the other client in a transfer instruction reception part 6 and transmits data to the client giving the instruction from a transfer substitution part 7. Then, the data supply termination notice is given from the transfer completion notice part 8 after data transmission terminates.
