PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exactly restore data by processing corresponding to the priority at the time of simultaneously transmitting high priority clata and low priority data in multicarrier communication. SOLUTION: At a transmission side, a symbol whose priority is high and a symbol whose priority is low are alternately arranged, each symbol of a differential symbol stream obtained by operating the differential modulation of the high priority symbol based on a differential phase is assigned to a sub-carrier. And a transmission signal wherein the sub-carrier on which the high priority symbol and the low priority symbol are superimposed is alternately arranged is transmitted. Then, at a reception side, the transmission signal is received in a receiving timing in which propagation delay is generated, phase offset components are detected from the high priority symbol among symbol stream obtained by operating a prescribed reception processing and differential demodulation processing to the received signal, the high priority data are restored, phase offset components are removed from the phase components of the low priority symbol among the symbol stream, and then the low priority data are restored. |
