The invention describes a hydraulic turbine for mechanical scale removal in heat exchanging pipes. The hydraulic turbine incorporates a cylindrical body [1] provided at one end with a cap [6] connected to a water supply system, and with an inside rotor [3] supported by bearings [2], insulated from the interior of the cylindrical body [1] through the bearing adapter sleeve, and axially positioned with a binding system[5].
