PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase heat resistance and light resistance of a complementary color filter and to form a high-reliability device whose discoloring is extremely little, by using a multifunctional group as a cross linking agent for photosensitive resin wherein only pigment particles whose diameters are shorter than the shortest wavelength of visible rays are scattered. SOLUTION: This is composed of a mixture of two or more kinds of cross linking agants, contained in photosensitive resin wherein only pigment particles having particle diameters less than 0.2μm have been scattered, whose functional groups are composed of three or more multifunctional groups per molecule, and have a molecular weight of 500 or more. And the yellow, magenta, cyanosis, and gray visible spectral diffractions 1, 2, 3, and 4 of a solid-state image sensing device with a complementary pigment-scattered color filter have minimum transmission factors exceeding 20% in a visible ray region. Accordingly, it is possible to form a high-reliability solid-state image sensing device having a pigment-scattered color filter whose heat and light resistances have been improved and discoloring is extremely little, by removing only the exposed part of a photosensitive pigment-scattered filter resin selectively, forming a color filter shape and hardening it.
