摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably perform flow rate control by using a relatively simple device by finding flow rate variation of a pressure reduction well from its water level variation and controlling a control valve provided on the upstream side of pipeline. SOLUTION: An entrance well 1 is installed above a channel well 2, the entrance well 1 and channel well 2 are connected by a pipeline 3, and an entrance valve 4 is provided at the intake of the channel well 2. The pipeline 3 is provided with pressure reduction wells 5, 6, and 7, control valves 8, 9 and 10 are provided on the upstream sides of the pressure reduction wells 5, 6 and 7, i.e., their intakes, and the pressure reduction wells 5 to 7 are provided with water gauges. The inflows Q1, Q2, and Q3 of the pressure reduction wells 5, 6, and 7 are calculated from the inflow Q0 of the channel well 2 and flow rate variation variations▵q1,▵q2, and▵q3 calculated at the pressure reduction wells 5, 6, and 7 and while the flow rates Q1, Q2, and Q3 are regarded as current flow rate values, the inflow Q0 of the channel well 2 is regarded as a command flow rate value to perform PID flow rate control by the control valves 8, 9 and 10.
