The method is used for making of modified cation-exchangemembranes. By it a sulphide of silver, tungsten, molybdenum or amicture thereof is settled in the polymer matrix of the membrane.In the first stage a complex of silver, tungsten or molybdenum ora mixture of water soluble compound containing an -SN group isformed, respectively. In the second stage the complex is convertedinto an insoluble sulphide of silver, tungsten, molybdenum, or ofa mixture thereof .10 claims
