PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microcomputer for emulation which does not need an external circuit and also performs the emulation of flash memory self writing even without inputting a high voltage signal to a VPP/MODE terminal. SOLUTION: Registers 23 and 24 store data, read/write generating parts 15 and 16 control reading and writing of the registers 23 and 24, and a break detecting part 25 detects a break state of an in-circuit emulator and controls writing to the registers 23 and 24. '1' is written to a VPP bit of the registers 23 and 24 in a break state at the time of performing the emulation of flash memory self writing. Therefore, the state of VPP='1/0' is produced and the emulation of flash memory self writing can be performed even without inputting a high voltage signal to a VPP/MODE terminal 11 by using a target. |
