PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To meet various working conditions with only one unit by making the best use of the heat loss tolerance capability of the unit owns. SOLUTION: High voltage and low voltage are switched and outputted by a transformer circuit 2A, and rectified and smoothed by a rectification and smoothing circuit 10, which are then inputted into a DC stabilization power circuit 20. The DC stabilization power circuit 20 generates stabilization DC voltage whose voltage value is changeable from the input of the rectification and smoothing circuit 10 for outputting. In the power circuit 20, the upper limit of an output variable range is switched to either of two of high and low stages, interlocking with high/low switching of the output voltage of the transformer circuit 2A. On the output side of the power circuit 20, an overcurrent protective circuit 30A is provided, which prevents the load current of a reference value or higher from flowing. When the output of the transformer circuit 2A and the upper limit of the output variable range of the power circuit 20 are changed to high voltage side, the reference value of the overcurrent protective circuit 30A is interlocked to small current side, and when it is switched to low voltage side, it is interlocked large current side. |
