PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate identification of the position and the detail of an abnormal condition by the output of a board or a maintenance panel, while diversifying monitoring details in monitoring a device operating condition and occurrence of the abnormal condition. SOLUTION: The information of device operating condition are stored in a nonvolatile memory or a power supply backup memory with codes which indicate state change occurrence time and a state change occurrence section, state information and state change flags, and information analysis data added (S3). The information of abnormality occurrence are stored in the nonvolatile memory or the power supply backup memory with codes which indicate abnormality occurrence time and an abnormality occurrence section, abnormality information and abnormality occurrence flags, abnormality occurrence frequency information, and information analysis data added (S7). The information of the abnormality occurrence substitutes the abnormality information at previous time if a change in the state change flag is within a fixed period, and it is stored as new abnormality information if it exceeds the fixed time. |
