摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell which can be baked at a low temperature and is excellent in durability and a heat cycle resistant characteristic by using a material of MTiO3 containing an alkaline earth metal element as an interconnector. SOLUTION: A material using MTiO3 as a matrix is used as an interconnector to connect cells in series to each other, and in the formula, M is alkaline earth metal of Mg, Ca, Sr and Ba. The current-carrying direction of the interconnector is longitudinal directional current collection. In this interconnector, since a baking temperature can be lowered to 1300 to 1400 deg.C, damage to the other constitutive material can be reduced. Therefore, it can be integrally baked with the other constitutive material, and a manufacturing cost can be reduced. Since an expansion difference is small between both oxidation and reduction atmospheres, there is no fear of damage in an interconnector part. By using this interconnector, a solid electrolyte fuel cell can be manufactured by a general manufacturing method such as a dipping method, an applying method and a slip casting method.
