PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively perform user management and file management by providing a user management file update command generation/execution part which generates and executes commands for setting acquired information in a user management file. SOLUTION: The user management file update command generation/execution part 113 obtains information on the available attributes and object areas of the organization and position name of a changing user after a change from an authority setting information database 101, a file server information database 102, and a user belonging information database 103. The command for setting the obtained information in the user management file 107 is generated and executed. A file move command generation/execution part 114 obtains the name of a file generated by the changing riser and the storage location of the file from a file information database 104. Then, a command for moving the files that users have generated individually from the file servers at the change sources to file servers at the change destinations is generated and executed. |
