<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device which satisfactorily reproduces thin lines and separate dots even in the use of a positive-charged photoreceptive drum and also posituve-charged toner. SOLUTION: The device uses a phororeceptive drum 20 capable of being positively charged and toner 53 also capable of being positively charged, and carries out impression development by pressing a developing roller 56 against the photoreceptive drum 20. In the case, the developer is composed of the toner, a charge control agent, etc., so as to establish the relationship of Q1<Q2 wherein Q1 is the amount of charged toner on the developing roller 56 before the toner passes through a nip between the photoreceptive drum 20 and developing roller 56, and Q2 is the amount of charged toner after the passage through the nip.</p> |
