摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of anodes and cathode wires by arranging the element groups from a first row to an n-th row by gradually shifting each group from the preceding group by a prescribed distance in the direction of the rows on the basis of the row direction of the first-row element group, and forming the drive wires of the elements at an angle from the horizontal direction. SOLUTION: Element groups from a (k×i+1)-th row to a (k×i+k)-th row(where, k and i respectively represent a constant 2<=k<=n/2 and an integer) are arranged by shifting each surface-emitting laser group (element group) row to one side from the preceding laser group row, by just a distance (d) toward the (k×i+k)-th element group row with reference to the row-direction of the (k×i+1)-th element group row. Anode wires 11 are formed in the direction of the laser rows of the laser array, and cathode wires 10 are formed obliquely at an angle of about -45 deg. with respect to the X-axis. The number of either the anode wires or of cathode wires can be reduced arrampanying the increase in the value of the constant (k).</p>
