PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the function of removing bacteria, mildew and life odors in addition to the function of removing dust and the like. SOLUTION: A porous ventilation plate 15 having a front face subjected to antibacterial, mildewproof and deodorant treatments is provided so as to decompose floating bacteria and odor molecules which filters of the prior arts could not deal with. The antibacterial, mildewproof and deodorant treatment employs a method of kneading fine particles of a ceramic into a plastic plate and photocatalytic action. Quantity of dehumidification water during cooling and dehumidifying operation is varied so as to purify a heat exchanger 9 with dehumidification water. |
