PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a specific carried toner quantity and to increase transfer efficiency, even if the outside diameter of a screw is made small by removing an axial center from a screw part. SOLUTION: A spiral screw part 2a is extended, a driving shaft part 3a is extended in at least one end part of the screw part 2a and this toner stirring/ carrying screw not provided with the axial center in the screw part 2a is used. In other words, in the toner stirring/carrying screw consisting of the spiral screw part 2a and the driving shaft part 3a and a supporting shaft part 3b at both ends, meltable resin of ABS resin/PC resin incorporating glass fiber is injected into a die cavity having a spiral machined cavity and after cooling, molded goods are taken out to obtain the toner stirring/carrying screw 4 made of synthetic resin. This screw 4 is constituted in such a manner that the spiral screw part 2a, the driving shaft part 3a and the supporting shaft part 3b are integrally molded from resin. |
