SOLUTION: The disconnection command outputted by a disconnection command module 1a of a server computer 21 is supplied to a network communication module 1b and then supplied to the network communication module 2a of a client computer 22 through a network cable 25. Then the disconnection command is outputted from the parallel interface 28 or serial interface 29 of the client computer 22 and supplied to a power controller 23. A relay circuit 33 of the power controller 23 cuts off the electric power supplied to a power output terminal 3c on receiving the disconnection command. An LED is provided and then a user knows the arrival of an electronic mail from its illumination.
