PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data carrier system capable of making the capacity of a capacitor to be the power source of a signal processing part be small enough to be made into one chip along with other circuit parts. SOLUTION: A sleep operation for temporarily stopping an operation during a non power feeding period when carrier waves are not transmitted to a signal processing circuit 10 and starting the operation again when the carrier waves are transmitted is performed. In order to perform the sleep operation, separately from a power source part 1 for the signal processing circuit 10, the power source part 2 composed of a diode D2 , the capacitor C2 and a resistor R2 is provided. In this case, a time constant C2 R2 determined by the capacitor C2 and the resistor R2 of the power source part 2 is set to be smaller than the time constant C1 R1 decided by the capacitor C1 and the resistor R1 of the power source part 1 (C1 R1 >C2 R2 ). |
