PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent erroneous call information on a batch by judging a call through the use of a result obtained by means of measuring a bit rate in a self-group and a call number detection result in the batch where a synchronizing signal cannot be detected. SOLUTION: A synchronism switch means 303 shifts only the self-group to which a portable terminal belongs to intermittent reception after the synchronizing signal is detected in a synchronizing signal detection means 302 and switches it to a call synchronous state. An error correction means 304 corrects N bit errors on a self-group signal in the call synchronous state. A call number detection means 305 compares a signal after the error is corrected with the self-call number. A bit rate measuring means 306 measures the bit rate of the self-group in the call synchronous state. A verification comparison means 307 verifies the results of the call number comparison means 305 and the bit rate measuring means 306. The verification comparison means 307 executes a notice operation by an information means 308 only when both results are valid.
