PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily input road value in a short time and to perform land evalua tion efficiently by specifying an arbitrary reference position on a map displayed on a map display means retrieving land evaluation data corresponding to the road from a land evaluation data storage means, and displaying the data on a land evaluation data display means. SOLUTION: An image of a map and roads is displayed on a monitor 13 according to map data 22 and road image data. Then the position of a land to be evaluated is specified on the displayed map by specifying the reference position and data which are essential to the price evaluation of the land, i.e., land evaluation data 24 including area section data, road value data, and leasehold rate data corresponding to the roads are retrieved on a hard disk drive 10 as to the roads on the map which satisfy the specified reference position and predetermined position relation, and the retrieved land evaluation data 24 are displayed on a monitor 13. |
