摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of dew condensation and to prevent a dew, if it is generated, from falling in drops by sticking a heat insulation layer made of expanded resin only to the outer circumference face lower circumference part in a synthetic resin drain pipe main body and exposing the outer circumferential face upper circumference part of the drain pipe main body without installing any heat insulating layer. SOLUTION: A heat insulation drain pipe arranged in an air conditioner is constructed of a drain pipe main body 1 which is made of vinyl chloride resin and provided with a fixed thickness. In this case, a heat insulation layer 2 made of expanded polyethylene resin is integrally stuck to the lower circumference part of the outer circumferential face of the drain pipe main body 1 over its overall length, while the upper side half of the circumference part in the drain pipe main body 1 is exposed fully. The heat insulation layer 2 is formed so as to be provided with a crescent cross section, that is, the width directional central part in the heat insulation layer 2 is thickened the most while its thickness is gradually reduced from the central part toward the end parts on both sides. At least an exposed lower face 2a in the heat insulation layer 2 is abraded by means of a brush, a file or the like, so that the lower face 2a is formed into a rough face, in which numerous foamed bore parts in the expanded resin are opened on the surface side.
