PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relax a regional restriction and a limit on a computer resource in order to allow the system to cope with a camera operation command from lots of unspecified clients. SOLUTION: The remote control camera video image relay system is a system where a client makes an operation command for remote-controlling a camera and a video signal photographed by the camera at the client is displayed. A camera server 3 collects operation commands from pluralities of clients 1 via a network 2a and transmit them to a camera controller 4 via a network 2b. The camera controller controls the camera 5 based on the operation command from the camera server 3. A video signal from the camera 5 is sent to the client making the operation command via the network 2b, the camera server 3 and the network 2a.
