The invention relates to elongated extruded thermoplastichollow structural components of rectalinear cross section,designed for connection assembly and are used for constructiongmodular buildings on a supporting foundation. Each component isjointly extruded on a base including reusable plastic material anda thin and smooth protection thermoplastic surface coatingcovering the wall surfaces of the component wich are open when thelatter is connection-assembled by connection components. Each ofthe components is cut in order to form holes of specific shape,positioned at some distance from each other along the length ofthe walls, and which remain internal when they areconnection-assembled to a connection component. The holes areaccurately arranged in order to ensure external flow chutes forcasting the concrete in them. The cut-off material is a source ofa basic recycled plastic supply raw material.
