PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a load for handling specific information such as plural certification keys from both a user and a protecting side such as an application maker side. SOLUTION: A certification data verifying device 10 transmits data 14 for certification to a certification data generating device 11. The certification data generating device 11 generates certification data from the received certification data and user specific information 17, and returns in to the certification data verifying device 10. The certification data verifying device 10 holds an access thicket 15 and data 14 for certification, and a verifying means 13 operates signature verification calculation by using the data for certification and the access ticket, and when the verification succeeds, the execution of program is permitted. |
