<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow transmission in a priority order specific to terminal equipment without any collision even when transmission requests are simultaneously generated in plural terminals in a radio communication system. SOLUTION: In this radio communication system, plural terminals are provided with an interface 9 equipped with a transmitting and receiving part, a carrier sense part 11 for detecting the presence or absence of a carrier generated from another terminal on a communicating medium, a counter 10 for counting a waiting time from the reception of a data transmission instruction from a host part 3 during the detection of the presence by the carrier sense part 11 until the detection of the absence by the carrier sense part 11, a register 8 for indicating a priority order set for each of plural terminal, and a back-off generating part 7 for generating a back-off time from the waiting time and the priority order. Then, a CPU 4 controls data transmission from the host 3 through the MODEM interface 9 after the lapse of the back-off from the detection of absence by the carrier sensor part 11.</p> |
